All items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are non-returnable. If you find that the products are not to your liking but usable, feel free to offer them to a friend or family member for their use. If the products you receive are expired upon arrival, please email us at {email} immediately. This will allow us to review our inventory and send replacements asap.
Refunds
Because all ‘purchases’ of items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are at no cost, refunds cannot be provided.
Exchanges
Because all ‘purchases’ of items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are non-returnable, if your shipment contains incorrect items, please contact us for a replacement shipment asap. Send an email to {email} describing the product requested and what was received [that does not match] to allow us to send out the replacement items quickly.
