Each FREEC2U package shipment is limited due to cost and includes the following:
- 12 internal or external condoms or dental dams
- 6 lubricant packs
- Instructional literature
- Erie County HIV Task Force Testing and Services Site Flyer
- PADOH Free HIV Testing At Home Flyer
Eligibility and Product Information:
- Limit (1) ‘purchase’ of one 12-pack every 30 days.
- Condoms are for personal use only, may not be resold and are labeled Not For Resale.
- Delivery is discreet.
- The program reserves the right to conduct periodic audits and request documentation to verify information provided.
- The Erie County HIV Task Force reserves the right to change, rescind, revoke, or discontinue the assistance program at any time without notice.
- Only qualified individuals may ‘purchase’ supplies through the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program. If you want to place an order for an organization (non-profit or community-based organizations only), please email admin@echiv.org.
- All items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are non-returnable. If you find that the products are not to your liking but usable, feel free to offer them to a friend or family member for their use.
