All items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are non-returnable. If you find that the products are not to your liking but usable, feel free to offer them to a friend or family member for their use.

If the products you receive are expired upon arrival, please email us immediately. This will allow us to review our inventory and send replacements asap. Please do not send your ‘purchase’ back to us. Expired product must be disposed of immediately.

If your shipment contains incorrect items, please contact us for a replacement shipment asap. Send an email to us describing the product requested and what was received [that does not match] to allow us to send out the replacement items quickly.
