Each FREEC2U package shipment is limited due to cost and includes the following:

Eligibility Information:

• Limit (1) ‘purchase’ of one 12-pack every 2 weeks.

• Condoms are for personal use only, may not be resold and are labeled Not For Resale.

• Delivery is discreet.

• The program reserves the right to conduct periodic audits and request documentation to verify information provided in this application.

• The Erie County HIV Task Force reserves the right to change, rescind, revoke or discontinue the assistance program at any time without notice.

• Orders may take up to 7 business days for processing.

• Only qualified individuals may ‘purchase’ supplies through the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program. If you want to place an order for an organization (non-profit or community-based organizations only), please email admin@echiv.org.

• All items shipped by the Erie County HIV Task Force #FREEC2U program are non-returnable. If you find that the products are not to your liking but usable, feel free to offer them to a friend or family member for their use.

• If the products you receive are expired upon arrival, please email us immediately. This will allow us to review our inventory and send replacements asap. Please do not send your ‘purchase’ back to us. Expired product must be disposed of immediately.

• If your shipment contains incorrect items, please contact us for a replacement shipment asap. Send an email to us describing the product requested and what was received [that does not match] to allow us to send out the replacement items quickly.
